Bring WELLness to Mind with this 1.5 hr gentle yoga & mindfulness class. This is a "low & slow" class without vinyassas or many standing poses. Ideal to help bring relaxation to the mind and body. Nourish your nervous system with hip and heart opening poses. Leave feeling a sense of peace, relaxation and ease.

This class takes place at Rocky Ridge Retreat, 10 minutes south of Calgary.

No prior yoga or mindfulness experience...no problem. Yogi’s of all levels are welcome. This small group class offers a gentle introduction to yoga & mindfulness.

Limited to 8 participants per class.
