Mindfulness for schools

School Programs & Residencies

Offering a comprehensive secular wellness curriculum for students K-12. We provide evidence-based mindfulness practices, and youth yoga to help students cultivate focus, concentration, and calm, and improve emotional regulation skills practices with a focus on SEL.

Lessons and activities are based on developing sensory attention (paying attention to the breath and senses) as well as equanimity (learning to accept the thoughts and feelings of the present moment as they arise.

The curriculum is customized to suit the needs of your environment, budget, and timeline.

  • Includes an optional parent information evening

  • Interactive, engaging, and fun developmentally appropriate lessons/activities for students of all ages.

  • Programs available for the whole school or just one class

We are an approved vendor for the Calgary Board of Education with a current service agreement.

Student Programs & Workshops

What to expect from our student programs:

  • An introduction to the practice of mindfulness and how it can support us with stress reduction, overwhelm, and anxiety.

  • Guided mindful movement & gentle yoga practices (if space permits).

  • Take-home practices for each class appropriate to their developmental needs.

  • Colour PDF pintables for the student & teacher.

  • Guided practice.

  • Time for questions and inquiry.
