Overwhelm, anxiety and stress have become all too “normal” for our teens. This one-day retreat offers a chance to step away, breathe, and learn simple, joyful wellness tools in a safe, welcoming space.

What to expect

  • Gentle yoga tailored for teens

  • Guided meditation and calming visualizations

  • Creative art time and a vision-board workshop

  • A restorative sound bath

  • Empowerment practices designed for teen experiences and pressures

  • Time to connect, laugh and relax with friends

  • Location: Rocky Ridge Retreat — private home-based studio in DeWinton, Alberta

  • Bring a friend — everything is better together

  • All supplies provided

Designed for teens aged 13–17 who could use some tools for managing stress, building resilience, ​connecting with other teens and discovering ​w​ellness practices in a fun, non-judgmental setting.

Spaces are limited — reserve a spot to give the teen in your life a peaceful, playful day of self-care.

Your guide:

Amber Pavey is an experienced educator and former school teacher. With over 20 years in the classroom and certifications in youth yoga, mindfulness, and reiki, she creates camps, classes, and events that are memorable, engaging, and deeply nourishing for children & teens. Her programs blend playful learning with practical tools for emotional regulation, focus, and self-awareness, helping kids & teens build resilience, kindness, and confidence — skills that support wellbeing at school, at home, and beyond.

Light refreshments & beverages will be provided. 

Please bring a bagged lunch. Fridge and microwave are available. 

Please bring a pillow, blanket, yoga mat and journal.
