Wednesday Morning: NEW *Rise and Reset Yoga Series

A gentle flow class that’s perfect for both beginners and experienced yogis alike. Move through energizing postures designed to awaken & ease you into your day. Followed by calming poses and restorative techniques to nourish both your mind and body. Leave feeling refreshed, relaxed, and rejuvenated.

Friday Morning: Gentle Yoga & Mindfulness

A gentle "low & slow" class without vinyassas or many standing poses. Ideal to help bring relaxation to the mind and body. Nourish your nervous system with hip and heart opening poses. Leave feeling a sense of peace, relaxation and ease.

Classes take place at Rocky Ridge Retreat, 10 minutes south of Calgary.

No prior yoga or mindfulness experience...no problem. Yogi’s of all levels are welcome. This small group class offers a gentle introduction to yoga & mindfulness.

A gentle reminder that intentional slowness is not laziness, it is regulation in a world that rewards hustle!

Limited to 8 participants per class.

All registered participants will receive a FREE class which will take place on June 24th or June 26th.
